"Pastor Mac" gave his heart to the Lord at the age of Seven in a service at Free Will Baptist Bible Church in Florence, S. C. (Rev. Kenny Baxley was the speaker). Soon after this his family moved to the Effingham community and "Pastor Mac" and his family became active members of Lebanon FWB Church. He served in many capacities in the church including helping with the Youth, teaching Sunday School Classes, and serving on the Church Board before the Lord called him into the ministry in January of 2007. "Pastor Mac" was helping his father with a thriving business and the promise of stable financial success when God called him into the ministry. His calling involved great personal sacrifice for he and his family but he has a great burden for the people of Lebanon FWB Church and the surrounding community and he knew he needed to submit to God's call on his life. His goal is to show the people of this community the wonderful difference that can take place in their life and in their home when they make a genuine commitment to Trust Jesus Christ as their Savior and then follow Christian Principles in their daily life.
"Pastor Mac" is married to the lovely Mrs. Leslie and they have 3 children (Mackie, Avery, Ella Claire). His family is greatly supportive of his ministry and give him constant reminders of the need of teaching Christian values and Biblical principles in a society that needs to hear a clear voice from God.
